Don't be sad.

You don’t need another job…

Managing payroll, taxes, and insurance shouldn’t get in the way of your health. Choosing a caregiver is one of the most personal decisions anyone can make. It is about trust, comfort, and feeling understood by the person who will be helping with everyday needs. At TennChoice, that choice belongs to you, while we take on all the responsibilities of being the employer.

If you make your own decisions: You choose exactly who cares for you. With TennChoice, you can bring in a trusted person you already know, browse from our growing pool of qualified professionals, or let us hand-pick the perfect match for you. That freedom lets you shape your care in a way that feels comfortable and respectful.

If you need a representative: The person who knows you best will choose for you. Whether it is a parent, guardian, or long-time advocate, they understand your routines, your personality, and what helps you feel safe.

If your caregiver lives with you: We fully support that. Many people rely on someone already in their daily life–a daughter, a son, sibling, or parent. Home is where care begins, and we honor those relationships.

Once your caregiver is chosen, whether they are a family member, a selection from our pool, or our hand-picked match,TennChoice steps in as the legal employer, managing payroll, taxes, and compliance.

TennChoice exists to make caregiving easier, safer, and more dignified. You choose the person. We take care of the employment. Together, we create a support system built entirely on trust.
