TennChoice Support Services is establishing our administrative framework to provide comprehensive, licensed personal support agency services that will deliver reliable, non-clinical long-term care directly inside the participant’s home. Once our state credentials are fully approved, our agency will manage all legal employment liabilities, strict electronic time tracking, and mandatory background screenings so families can focus entirely on their daily routines and care goals.
Eliminate Household Administrative Stress
We will absorb all back-office operational burdens so your family can focus entirely on daily life. Our agency will handle one hundred percent of the employee background checks, mandatory state training certifications, tax withholding, and electronic payroll processing
Select Your Own Caregivers
Once our official state licensing process concludes, you will maintain absolute authority over who enters your home to deliver care. Your family will have the freedom to select, recruit, and schedule the specific caregivers who best match your unique preferences, personalities, and routines.
Valued Care of Loved Ones
Our future agency model will honor the dedication of your support circle by allowing you to employ trusted friends, neighbors, or even family members living inside your own home as your authorized caregivers. This path provides financial recognition to the people who already know and love you most.
Personal Support Services
Once our official state licensing phase concludes, this platform will update to offer authorized, non-clinical home and community-based services fully customized to the unique needs of the families we serve.
Personal Care includes non-clinical, direct assistance with essential activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, eating, and basic meal preparation during short residential visits.
Attendant Care Support provides identical non-clinical assistance with personal care tasks but is utilized when a participant requires continuous assistance during extended daily shifts.
In-Home Respite Support delivers temporary, short-term non-clinical supervision to offer vital relief to primary family caregivers.
Supportive Home Care focuses on helping participants maintain safe, organized, and sanitary living environments through direct assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and essential community safety accompaniment.
